Readers Stories A Tour Guide's Story. This all started back in November 1998 when an old homeless man looking for shelter in the graveyard broke into the tomb. He saw that there was a grate on the floor that led down to another room, he went down and found himself in a room with 3 coffins. Wondering if there would be jewellery in these he started to bash on them with a large sick. In all the commotion he didn't notice a hole behind him and fell through into another room, which was the site of an old illegal dumping ground of bodies. Meanwhile the caretaker was making his rounds and heard this, he went to explore and saw this green figure (the old man was covered in slime from the bodies) coming towards him, they both screamed. It was shortly after this night when all the strange incidents started to happen. It started off with just strange smells in the area and people feeling a little bit sick. Then after a while people started to get thrown back from the tomb. We started our tours (I am a tour guide) shortly after. People on our tours began to get scratched, burnt, bitten, pushed, hear strange noises like growling, see strange things and get knocked unconscious. In the last 3 years this thing has attacked over 300 tourists and knocked over 70 unconscious. It has been growing stronger and stronger. A man tried to exorcise it and died 3 months later. We often find dead animals on the steps to the tomb (the area that it is in, is locked up and no one can get to it besides us). It is a very frightening thing indeed. The McKenzie Poltergeist is possibly the best-documented case of poltergeist activity ever, we document all the attacks; you can read them at http://www.blackhart.uk.com
