Spooky Activity.

Shortly after my mother passed away I awoke one night and felt as if someone had sat on my legs, I was wide-awake but unable to move my legs, this lasted for a few minutes. My sister telephoned me the next day and described the exact same thing happening to her the same night.

Last year I was in my second year of studying for my degree. Being a mature student, I really had to work hard as I was also working part time. One night I was woken by something jumping onto the bed and I sat up looking for either the cat or dog thinking it was one of them.

As I sat up my quilt was being tugged on the side; I was startled and wrapped the quilt tighter around myself. The quilt was then being tugged quite hard from the other side. I said quite loudly please go away now; I repeated this and the tugging stopped.

Unbeknown to me my son had been mugged that night and went to bed, as I was busy working on the computer in my bedroom. I heard him go to bed; he always popped his head round the door to say goodnight but that night he didn't. To this day I believe I was being woken because of this, because something had happened to my son.

It wasn't until very recently that my son told me that when he was younger as he went to bed he saw a small boy crouching in the corner of his bedroom. He described the boy as being scruffy like a chimney sweep in the Victorian days.

Since a teenager I have experienced paranormal activity and lived in a very spiritually active house in North London. It was not until we had moved that all the family started talking about their experiences. My mother always heard footsteps at night on the stairs, my brother saw a ghostly misty apparition at the top of the stairs outside his bedroom and I was always drawn to the cellar.
